Now, let's be honest, custom knit orders cannot always be resold. So, please be sure you are happy with your design and the colors chosen before finalizing your order. I will accept returns on custom orders, but only when I have really made a mistake, such as totally wrong colors, or bad craftsmanship.

I cannot accept a return because you made the wrong decisions, and colors may vary some due to different dye lots or your monitor settings.  Also, if you accidentally cut your yarn, tangle it while winding into a ball, the cat takes it as her own, or the dog decides it is his color, don't ask me to replace it.  It takes hours of work to dye and package the skeins.  Please be understanding, but also reasonable, when requesting a return on a custom knit order.
